Service was quick and cashier smiled and let me know my smoothie was ready because the girl who made it did not announce it. I added strawberries to my pb smoothie, but not sure I tasted the banana too. Overall, I liked it.

The place was empty when I got there. One was on the phone and the other was listening to the call. Nobody said hello or asked about my order. I told one girl my name, and she looked at the other and then they looked at the receipt order posted. Neither started it, and I was there 5 minute after our order time. No apology.

The Nekter in Novato has always lacked speed, efficiency, & friendly customer service. There is high turn over and what I assume to be poor training. This compounded with no credit card/Apple Pay service the last several weeks. Customers have to order on line and this slows the quality of service even more.
