It seems as though they need one more person in the front making orders. Most times I have been in there are only 2 people making the orders and that includes working the register - so when busy, 1 person on the register and 1 on the blenders.
also consistency - for example ordering a medium Juice, add ice. Typically that MEDUIM juice is put in a Large cup and topped off with ice. However, depending on who is making it, it will put in the Medium cup with very little ice.
basically...I love your shop and recommend to all. I would like to see consistency in prep/presentation and better staffing.

I placed an order through the app at 7am said it would be ready at 7:20 said it’s 7:20 the store has not even opened bad thing is that my card has been charged and I have to be at work at 7:30 I’m so mad
I ordered on line but the order was never received at the store. I showed the woman behind the counter my order confirmation and she quickly made my juice. Great job by the human, not so much by technology.

Friendly service. Power protein bowl was perfect. Last time I went the power protein bowl was watery like a shake. Not sure who made that one. This one was perfect!
