Love the protein bowl!

I come to nektar for Fresh juice experience, without added sugars or stuff i dont necessarily like. I am given the option to add or subtract, as we need different things on different days. The Acai Bowls are very filling!

I ordered a acai bowl and a smoothie and my whole smoothie was left out!

The Acai Bowls have been less than good lately. We love Nekter, but are definitely feeling the smaller amounts of acai and strawberries. Bananas have been fuzzy, and today the featured special for best friends week was not honored. Definitely don't want to have to think twice about this place, but with the higher cost, please stick to the original servings and honor the specials you guys send out. This is literally the healthiest thing we eat.

The experience is premium from all angles, the smoothies and bowls are delicious with a lot of modifiers and easy substitutions. You can order by app or in store, too. They have a 'points reward program' further incentivizing return visits. The employees and owners are all very helpful, approachable, and easy to talk to. I easily recommend this over Jamba Juice.

Best acai bowl I have had in forever! Made with care

We are very long time customers of Nekter starting in So Cal years ago. We notice recently that the bowls seem to be less full than we are used to. Toppings are the same but the acai smoothie amount has been reduced. Not sure if there has been production cuts but our containers are not as full as they always have been. We do still love Nekter & will continue to be customers but wanted to comment on our observations.

I love the product. I love the customer service. 1. The amount in the bowls are not consistent. 2. "Rewards" expires so quickly, which invalidates the App entirely. Thanks for the survey.

I request no banana at all, therefore I received banana on my açai bowl. This second time.

I stopped last week after work to pick up a favorite, Banana Berry Bowl. It was last minute, a couple of minutes before closing. They were already cleaning up and I appreciate they still took my order. My little ones love to stop by every time we have the chance to grab a "purple ice cream".

I paid $12.59 for a smoothie bowl that was not filled up. I told the cashier and she said this is how it is now. The picture shows it uneaten. You all should give me a free smoothie bowl. Loyal customer and I have never had a smoothie bowl this little.

Staff was friendly, food was great - we ordered a bowl, a parfait, a smoothie, and a ginger shot. Fresh and delicious!

Not sure what happened, but one of our bowls was only about 2/3 full today. Unfortunately it was my husband who picked them up as a mobile order, so he didn’t notice at the time and have a chance to ask the staff while he was there. Maybe it was due to asking to not have pineapple blended in? But I thought another ingredient would be increased to adjust for that. And we had also added a protein shot which I would think would add to it too.
