I ordered for online pickup and it was smooth and easy! My 2 bowls were also ready when I got there. Once I got home I noticed my add ons were not included. Such as the vanilla protein and green tea powder. It still tasted great but a bummer since I did pay for the extra add on.

Absolutely love coming here and am pretty much a regular between me and my mom. One thing I would love to improve is picking up mobile orders. Can’t you guys have like a mini fridge or designated spot in your pre packaged fridge for mobile pick ups. Or always feels like an interruption to go over and pick up my order while they are mid making peoples smoothies and bowls that are also waiting. Just an idea!

We love Nekter and come all the time. I so appreciate the healthy food you provide. Today I ordered a bowl and two smoothies, both smoothies were the consistency of juice. They also forgot toppings from the bowl. I took one of the smoothies back and let the guys know that this happened last time they made my smoothie and he remade it for me, which was great. The two boys that were working today are the only employees I’ve had issues with my order from. They are very polite, but I think some retraining might be needed for quality control. Otherwise we have a wonderful experience at the store and love the products.

Placed an online order. Was ready 20 min after the time that it was scheduled, also the quality of the bowl was mediocre at best. Not sure if it was due to the back up and it was a rush to get out orders. I understand morning rushes happen. So I'll take this with a grain of salt.
