Nekter Juice Bar - Scottsdale

I love the Nectar chain, I go to two different ones near my work all the time that I love! This one usually messes up my order though

The staff is friendly and always fast in getting your order complete. The biggest issue I have with this place is that either their freezers are set too hot or they leave the blender on for too long generating heat and melting everything. The last 6 visits in winter and summer the bowls have been melted when I picked them up. It is basically eating a fruit soup. Avoid and spend the time to go to another location. I have made comments in the past but nothing changes.

Great fresh juice, smoothies or a combination of the two. I had a fresh apple juice made from eight organic apples. First you order then It is made with Organic ingredients. You can also add protein powder and vitamin boosters if you choose to add them to your Juice/Smoothie.

Hi, I am reaching out about my experience tonight at Nekter on Shea. I walked into the store between 6:45-6:48 to get a juice after a workout. I was told they could only make smoothies because they had already cleaned and broken down the juicer. The worker told me that they clean the juicer every night 15 minutes before they close. I am confused because I haven’t seen any mention of this on the menu or on the hours posted on the door that they stop juicing at 6:45pm. Just wondering if this is an actual store policy or if the workers are closing the store early because they want to go home?

Personally, I definitely prefer the Nektar off N Scottsdale Rd in comparison to this location. I love Nektar's menu and ingredients, but I do not enjoy the Shea location at all. I often order early morning before heading into work by using my app. Even when I order & pay using the app, if I am greeted with a long line, I still have to wait. I don't really understand this logic? This isn't the case at the N Scottsdale location. I am not sure if it is a spacial thing as the Shea location isn't very large, or if it is just a lack of care? I do not understand why it is not consistent at all locations. Not only do I find this inconvenient, I also do not find any of the people employed at the Shea location to be friendly - often many of them appear to be in poor spirits. After many, many blase encounters with the employees, and after little to no greeting made when myself and others enter the door, I chose to make a little remark to the young man who often exhibits this behavior when taking my order or name for online orders. I said 'you seem very happy to be working here!?.' He made no response at all. No smirk. No laugh. Nothing. No reaction. It is solely the case that I go to this location because it is so close to work. My company will be moving offices soon and I will ensure that I go to the N Scottsdale location where it appears to operate quite efficiently, and where they employ cheerful, helpful people. I am unable to respond to the owner, so I have to add to my comment. I appreciate your response, so much so that I decided to order from Nektar this morning using my app. I ordered around 8:15 am. When I arrived, the young lady asked if I was a pick-up order and I indicated I was. She asked me my name - by the way, it was 8:30 at this point. I told her my name and she said she my order hadn't been started. I told her that I ordered 15 minutes ago! I told her not to worry about it and I would like a refund, but this would require me to wait in line to get a refund for which I would have been late to work. I told her I would sort it out on the app. I found out that there is no way to get a refund using the app, you have to go to the place in which you ordered from to get the refund. What a freaking joke! Never again will I EVER go to this location. If Nektar wasn't so delish, I would consider not ever spending a penny there again. Thanks for your attempt to resolve this issue, but it seems that your system is extremely flawed when it comes to the Shea location.

Delicious Smoothies and healthy

Externally impressed with management. Was unsatisfied with the beet juice as it tasted a little too beet like for me. She recommended I try out a Toxin flush but I was nervous when I saw it was a flush type of juice. She offered to make me that one instead and when I received it she explained that she up sized the drink for me. Awesome way to recover!!! She said that was a popular one! It was definitely tasty. Staff was kind and loved the wallpaper where guests can leave notes. This will be one of my top locations now!

The smoothies have definitely been better here lately than when I came in about a year ago and asked for an almond butter banana smoothie and it literally tasted like someone mashed up a banana and put it in some almond milk! For some reason though, compared to the Tempe Marketplace location, the smoothies here are not as thick. Maybe they are not using as much ice? Either way, the smoothies here have improved! I do like them a lot.

Casa Grande needs a Nekter!! You have No Idea how desperate this town needs Green Juice!

Healthy friendly place

As far as pressed juice bars go, 4.0 is a perfect description. The selection is limited (compared to Grabbagreen) and the juice isn't COLD pressed which is a bit of a disappointment but the choices they do have are pretty friggen' good and consistent. I have yet to try an Acai bowl but so badly want to. It's also less than 3 miles from my house so convenience places a role but I'd prefer cold pressed juice anyday, just saying.

Customer service was meh, and if you really like kale the Greenie is definitely your drink! I'm satisfied with the product, however I feel like the pricing is a little overzealous.
