I ordered extra granola with my bowl. It always comes on the side and that’s exactly how I like it. I ordered it and it came inside the bowl, instead of on the side. When I asked about it, the employee just said sorry and walked away. I wasn’t asking for a new bowl but it would have been nice if he would have grabbed an extra side for me. I like to add it towards the end. Customer service was definitely lacking.

The smoothie has some hard inedible items in it. Normally your quality is good but something was wrong with this drink to the point that I threw it out.

I ordered ahead on the app. When I showed up, someone had ordered from the wrong location. The employees said they would make her order (which was nice of them), however, that customer’s order was 15 bowls and unfortunately, I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes since I ordered before my one bowl was ready.
