Employees notified me they didn't recieve my online order and that it's problem they encountered before. They were nice about it and expedited my order. No complaints from me, just want to let you know what the employees are dealing with. Might be worth looking into.

Small smoothie cost $11 with two boosters. AND the flavor? It was like a cup of crushed ice with only 4 or 5 actual berries in it. Time for a new smoothie place which doesn't skimp on the fruit!!!

We have been here for 8 yrs and sell hundreds of smoothies every day. We do not skimp on fruit. Our small drink is 7.75 or less. I dont know what u had- my guess is you created your own or modified a drink so much that it tasted bad. We only add ice in one drink and it is a very small amount of ice. Good luck finding another smoothie place that only uses all natural ingredients.
Love the product. This Nekter isn’t the closest to me but I come here more often than the other because of the service. The manager was very helpful today in taking care of an order with a technical glitch. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
