I did an online order to pick up. When I got there it was very busy, and I was early. No problem. They asked for my name but then didn’t say anything about the status. It was another 10-15 minutes before she was able to come back and ask my name again. She said she would finish that up for me. It appeared to me that she went back to a juicer that already had some of the juice made and finished it. The finished juice was grainy and not the usual vibrant green. I would have gladly waited longer for a fully fresh one especially given the cost. The employees were friendly and I understand it was very busy, but this was a disappointing visit.

Nekter is my favorite spot for smoothies of all types…veggie, fruit, energy! Today I picked up a 3 day juice cleanse.

I usually find the smoothies lack flavor so I rarely order them. I used to go to Jamba Juice and didn't have this problem. Maybe it's using too much ice?
My pumpkin pie smoothie today was totally flavorless! I asked them to add more pumpkin pie spice and it was still the most boring pumpkin smoothie ever. Going back to ordering just juice.

Online ordering was a turn off
Constantly having to make sure I’m not buying things I don’t want
Your piroduxts are clearly displayed and it’s a nicely designed website
The simplicity is devalued with all your add ins and “would you liked’
Then of course you add a tip, which I kept
The inoressionn is that this is a tool to keep wages lower as you pass on expense to buyers for each purpose . Otherwise a good experience but for this . And a well made balanced juice
