I usually make my own smoothies and juice drinks. ..wanted to try the place out. I live down the street. The menu looked amazing, prices were good. Problem? I stood there, and stood there...no greeting...nothing, cold atmosphere...from customers to the workers, I wondered if I wore the right clothes and left. Went home..made my own..I work out ..I k,ow how...won't return...too bad ..

Great juices and acai bowls. The staff is always nice and the service is pretty quick. I like to come here for bowls and you can always get extra granola or other favorites on the side!
I have to start off by saying that I truly do LOVE your juice bar. I mainly go to the Hilton Village location but decided to stop in the one on Shea. At 730 this morning, the store was ALREADY out of lemons? The girl who took my order said she could add lime, I tried it but it just was not the same. I was not happy that I didn't get to start my day off right. I would understand if the store ran out of lemons later in the day...but within 30 minutes of opening? I won't be going back to that location because I don't want to chance another episode like this. I will stick with the Hilton location though! I have been and will keep telling friends about Nekter, just thought I would write to you saying a store shouldn't run out of an ingredient so early.
