The Dana Park Nekter is literally the best Nekter. They are the friendliest location I've been to so far and I've been to quite a few different ones in the east valley. Their smoothies also just taste the best! I will say that often there is no one in the front when you walk in and I don't know how well they can see up front from the back so sometimes you might stand there without being acknowledged. But otherwise, I love the spot!

I loved that my smoothie was extra cold. Usually it’s not as cold but because I preordered it they had it in the freezer waiting for me!

Great app and pick up service was quick. I was ignored for a few minutes because the staff was making smoothies, but once I was acknowledged it was quick and courteous.

The order tasted like it had crushed up dates in my cold brew smoothie and tasted really sweet. I went back inside explained to the employee & she assured me it didn’t have dates in it but would add some more coffee to it and blend it. My daughter & I took one sip and it was not tasty at all; it was very bitter. So we went back in and asked for Popeye Açaí smoothie. She was gracious & made the new smoothie & upgraded the size. My daughter & I were then happy on the third try at getting our smoothie!

The food was fine & the order was done on time. However, I had spent the better part of a half hour trying to redeem a reward on the APP and it wouldn’t let me order the free smoothie it promised or the reward for a 5 dollar smoothie. I politely explained this and told the lady at the register about my ordeal. I told her I knew it wasn’t her fault but asked if she could let Nekter know about my challenging experience with the APP. She was wearing a mask and looked at me with a very non caring empty stare. Zero empathy. Getting the smoothie made after I have arrived defeats the purpose of ordering ahead… But it was her cold attitude that was the most disturbing. A little validation would have gone a long way toward consoling me. She offered no compensation or apology. Her apathy disturbed me a lot more than my difficulty with the APP. The store was completely empty and I was not making a scene. A little warmth from your servers would help. She DEFINITELY needs to be trained on how to provide decent customer service. & Please fix the APP too. Thanks
