I mobile ordered and it still took about 25 minutes for just a smoothie. Multiple in store customers were in and out before I was helped. Must have just been a busy day or something. I do always wait a long time at this location though.

Wasn’t pleased with the taste of my smoothie today compared to the other times I’ve had it tasted like the banana wasn’t ripe yet and couldn’t taste the pumpkin

Great service and yummy food! However, some annoying and rude customers sitting outside in the front of the store were harassing my husband for wearing a mask. Unfortunate.

Called in an order because we were rushed on time. Got here and the 3 people that were in line got their juice before I did and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after that for my order to be done…. Very upset, won’t be coming back again to this company

There was no straws given, and it took a long time..almost an hour, and we're only 7 miles away. But the drinks are good!

I made a mistake on the app and accidentally selected Dana Park instead of Queen Creek location. When I hit cancel on the app it gave me Dana Park‘s phone number to remedy the problem. When I called the girl on the other and said there was nothing she could do about it so I ended up having to purchase another drink at the Queen Creek location. The guy at the Queen Creek location was super helpful he said he would call Dana Park

I’ve been there twice in the last week, and I feel like ordering ahead in the app isn’t worth it at all. They don’t have anybody working to acknowledge you’re there until they’re finished taking orders from the people in line. You may as well just get in the line!
