Ordered ahead on the app but it wouldn’t let me redeem any of the rewards on my app. When I asked about it in person, I was told I can’t do anything unless you buy something else. My bowl was also filled halfway so I don’t feel I got my money’s worth at all.

Experience was fine, waited a few minutes before anyone in the store acknowledged I was there and I was not allowed to use any of my rewards which I thought was odd. Bowl is good as always though.

The app wouldn’t allow us to use the BOGO 50% coupon for some reason so we placed our pick up order and tried using the coupon in store and were told we couldn’t use it since the order was already placed. We were sad because the deal was the reason we decided to do Nekter for dinner. Also, we think they forgot to put the peanut butter in the PB bowls. Neither of our bowls had any taste of peanut butter and we ended up just adding our own peanut butter at home.
