I was disappointed the online order I made came with no straws and no ice, both of which I requested. When picked up neither had been refrigerated even though I was about 20 min later than the "ready at" time. I did tip 20% so I would have hoped the minimum of attention would have been made when filling my order.

I did an online pick up. Ran in and order was ready so I grabbed it. This store is usually hit or miss, not consistent one quality of açaís bowls. Some times really good sometimes horrible. Bowl was good this time.
