Not that great. I feel like every time I order the same bowl, I don’t get the same result each time. I get the same bowl each time and it tastes different the next. I literally pressed “order same as last” and I got something different. From the consistency, to the extra peanut butter I paid for (and didn’t get), to the taste. I’m very disappointed.

I am a regular customer at NEKTER but on more than one occasion my order has not been the way I’ve ordered it .. today was no different and I paid for extra toppings which were not on my bowl. I didn’t go back in to have them remake it because it’s not that big of a deal I just wish that they would look more carefully at the orders and make them the way they’re ordered.

The app is very useful to be able to order and quickly pick up. Wish the bowls didn't cost so much

Acai Superfood bowl 3x a week!

My order was ready on time and the dragonfruit bowl was amazing!!

It was just ok this time. I feel that that the counter ladies could have been a little more nicer and pleasant, but I have no real issues, the bowls and drinks are always consistent.

Tropical Smoothie and protein Açai bowl were absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed. They were perfectly prepared. Honestly wish they weren’t as bomb as they were because now I’m constantly craving them haha! This will be my new go to for a healthy easy breakfast!!🥰

I regularly get the Protein Power bowl and order through the app for pickup. My orders are always ready in time, the bowls are filled to the top and the quality is top notch. I appreciate the great service and product I receive from Necter.

I used the Nekter app to order my bowl and smoothie. Chose the pickup option and by the time I got to the physical store, my order was ready. The customer service employee was very nice and friendly when she helped me. I love ordering through the app and I love the rewards that come with it. Have always been a loyal customer.

I ordered the Açaí Berry Bowl and paid extra for goji berries on top. Bowl unfortunately did not have any goji berries. Very disappointed! I ordered via the app with plenty of time between ordering and pickup time so feel there is no reason why order was not prepared accurately.
