It was easy to order and pick up my bowl and smoothie. I put in an online order. I love using the app and the gift card promos. Also, a BIG thank you for the free smoothie for my birthday! I enjoyed every sip.

It was perfect, except that somebody forgot to put the coconut on one of my bowls.

the employees were great. I just like going to whole foods or banzai bowl more because the smoothies are thicker. It always seems like nekter puts too much liquid so I'm drinking apple juice with a little greens/fruit instead of greens/fruit with a little apple juice.

I miss Nekter bowls in my area of Ventura County. All the locations closed. I just so happened to be in Yorba Linda and was able to get a bowl after almost 2 years, since the Nekters near me closed during covid. The bowls themselves are great. Great price, great quality, and great quantity. The customer service was mediocre to be honest. No one greeted me when I came in and the one lady did not want to look me in the eye as I waited to ask if my mobile order was ready. I was pressed for time, so eventually I just called out to her to ask, and yes, it was ready. I understand she may have been busy, and I get it- I worked in similiar jobs for 7 years of my life. But it is great when people go above and beyond and this wasn't such a time.

Great customer service and delicious bowls

We love Nekter Yorba Linda, we visit about once a week to get acai bowl or a smoothie. Unfortunately the cars in the Starbucks drive through lane often block the parking in front of the store.
