I was actually very impressed with the kindness of the employee who was making the bowls and giving orders. In the past this specific Nekter had terrible customer service and would take forever with orders.

Good tasting bowls

I received exceptional service, and my bowl was made quickly and tasted great!

I did a mobile order but after I picked it up and brought it home, I realized that my bowl was wrong. It was still good but not what I ordered. :-(

Quality has definitely decreased over the last year. When I picked up my bowl it was complete liquid although I picked it up earlier than the ready time given me.

We pay 10.25 a bowl now and today it was an 1 1/2 inch below the lid. Hard to pay that and get less portion.

I would appreciate more variety than bowls, juices and smoothies, like what Clean Juice does. I like your drinks better, but I’ll spend more per visit at Clean Juice because of the other options

My Nektar Peanut Butter bowl was good, but not as peanut buttery as usual. Could have been sweeter. Was still good though for the hot day.

I love coming to this location. Everyone is super nice and my bowls are always made really quickly.

I ordered on the app. Usually have a great experience. This time wasn’t great. I ordered two tumeric shots and got one tumeric and one ginger ( I’m guessing). The bowls were not as much AÇAÍ as normal and the fruit was not as fresh. Overall, I usually have a great experience so no major deal but hope this was just a one time thing.

1. The quality of my bowl is not consistently not thick enough Acai bowl should be thick and not watery in texture. I think they need to look at recipe to make sure sorbet like consistency 2. Where do I add notes on app order to let store know I want to make my bowl extra thick
