I love these acai bowls

It was great, but the açaí was melted.

Unfortunately this time my order was not up to your usual high standards. The bowl I ordered was very runny compared to previous experiences. I always order and drive home and eat it so this wasn’t different. The color was a little off; I just figured more blueberries had been used, but it had a very bland taste. I am hoping that this was just a one time thing.

It was the first time I used your app. It was so nice to have my order ready when I arrived. The bowls were delicious as always! My only issue was , one bowl was supposed to be no bananas and it still had bananas. It was very busy, your staff was very nice and friendly.

The PB& J bowl was delicious but I had to wait 10 minutes after my pickup time. I felt that the store was unstaffed on a Saturday.

I love that they offer a secret menu and the workers there always greet me with a smile! I recommend trying their açaí bowls. Homemade cashew milk too!

Bowls were good but customer service could've been better

Positives: the original bowl was ready ahead of time and looked good. The correct bowl was also made promptly. Negatives: wrong bowl was initially given and she tried to convince me that I ordered that one. There was also a little attitude that went with it. The correct bowl was about 3/4 full unlike the first one.

Brisa is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. My protein bowl is always decisions.

Experience was fine but my daughter and I both noted our items tasted different. My toxin flush usually has green apples but now has red (which is fine) but it lacks the tartness it used to have. I asked for more ginger too and didn’t receive it :/ My daughter’s smoothie bowl was less berry and lacked its usual robust tart yet sweet flavor. I can’t say I’m in a hurry to order again :/

Experience was great ordering ahead in the app and picking it up. But we couldn't help but notice that the man working was the only one there and the location kept getting busier and busier as we collected our bowls and ate in the store. We felt bad for him being the only one there on a pretty busy Saturday. We love this location and hope the staffing issue can be solved. Thanks!

The bowl wasn’t full. Açaí republic fills the bowl

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! establishment. Either closed when they should be open or ALWAYS doesnt have something. At 10am I'll go for the most basic bowl and they'll be out of BANANAS or GRANOLA!? Absolute waste of time. Go to any other nekter location because THIS ONE SUCKS SO SO SO BAD!!!!!!

Speed and customer service were great, but I didn't check the order until I took it out of the bag at home. Both bowls were less than 2/3 full, just over 1/2. I did get the little cups of granola on the side, but that wouldn't have made much difference. Was very disappointed. Unfortunately I can't attach photos

Excellent. Yorba Linda is my favorite Nekter. The staff is always really nice and my bowls and juices are delicious. Also, my order is always ready when I pick up.
