Unfortunately we did not receive what we ordered. I ordered 4 items. 2 bowls and 1 small smoothie and one regular smoothie. Unfortunately when my daughter picked up the order and we pulled items out of the bag at home both smoothies were size small.

The Nekter bowl was made perfectly to my liking. It was thick and not watery. You guys are great!

Everything went fine so no complaints here. Only thing that was new to me was that I went to use my points and there seems to be new Tiers, while old tiers now require more points. For example, small smoothie used to be 200 pts, now it's 250 points. Bowl used to be 400 pts and now it's 500 pts.

The bowls were made perfectly and the staff was super friendly!

05/16. I could only get there by 6:50pm at the earliest which I knew was close to closing and was hoping for a juice but of course I was 5 minuted too late cause "the juice machines get cleaned at 6:45pm". I didn't make too big of a stink about it. I just said I thought you closed at 7 and she explained that every night they don't serve juice after 645, There were 2 girls there and the other girl didn't disagree. But I feel, if it says you're open until 7pm then it should be, and if you're a juice bar, juices certainly shouldn't be off the menu. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Come to think of it she also didn't offer any pre made juices as a replacement which possibly could've worked. I ordered an acai bowl and left, I saw another family walk in at 7:02 just behind me and they were turned away because you were now closed. In my opinion, that's good business and if it were my business I would serve until there wasn't a line and doors were locked then start clean up. Just saying.

Very friendly however when asked about specific promotions ie why do you have a sign that says download App and get a free smoothie and another sign says download App and get a free Bowl the cashier was unable to explain the promotion to me. I download the app but i am not aware as to what i will be getting for free on my next purchase.

We ordered through the App and our order was ready a few minutes after we arrived. The young lady that served us was friendly and the bowls were delicious.

Been going to this location for years. Even though it was just mobile pickup, the girl who handed my bowl kinda just threw it. Kinda rude in my opinion I guess we can't ask for a exceptional crew always

I placed the online order at 12:20ish, the pickup time was 12:40pm and when I arrived at 12:40pm the bowl had not been made yet. It didn't take too much longer after the fact. The gal making the bowl hardly communicated or apologized for not yet making the order...

Everyone is so kind! Love every bowl I get. Great customer service and incredibly friendly.

Have always had a great experience at this particular Nekter; however, the associate was hurried, rushed at pickup and my açaí bowl was watery and half full of fruit. I understand the shortage based on a note I read in store; however this should have been explained to me at pickup and/or filled with other fruit. I had to ask for additional fruit and associate seemed “bothered.” I perceive Nekter to have high quality products; however was truly let down this time. My kids did not like the watery substance, as it seems it was not refrigerated appropriately, and item was thrown away. I’m sure it was an off day, but this experience was not up to my standards.

Ok. New register issues when I went 3x in a week on different days. But they did just give me free bowl whem my reward didn't work.
