Staff very friendly and another great açai bowl!

I showed up and my mobile order hadn’t been received. The staff then made my bowl for me but this took 16 minutes of waiting. This isn’t the first time I have made a mobile order and then show up and it’s not ready/not received. This is frustrating when I’m in a rush.

Nice staff ! Super cute store. First time going there, $15 for kids size drink n a bowl , pretty standard for a fruit shop ! Will return when I’m in the area ✨

Good experience overall. PB bowl had a few extremely hard chunks of almond that were unbreakable and could have broken a tooth. Not sure if they were frozen or what.

Love the bowls. Each one I've had is awesome. They should have a make your own cause I always want to add something else. Always fast and accurate. I have never had to complain an order was wrong....should have delivery tho. We work right around the corner and don't get lunches in our 12 hour shifts so it's hard to come by and get our fix.

Fantastic! Ordered my acai bowl online, indicated I would need it ASAP, drove over to the store, and there it was! I used the coupon you sent, and that made it even better! Very yummy, too!

I placed an order on 2/13 for a 2/17 8am pickup of 7 açaí bowls for a team meeting. When I arrived, the store was locked and the lights were out, despite showing an opening time of 7am. I called the store and received no answer and the vm was full. After waiting 20 min, I left with no breakfast for my team meeting. However, my order is showing completed and my credit card has been charged. I filed a complaint while sitting in the parking lot of the store and no one has bothered to respond to my concern, almost a week later. I encourage you to check video, alarm access, etc to confirm my story. I am looking for someone to contact me with resolution to this matter immediately.
