Ill be honest my order wasn't made correctly I had asked for certain things to to be in my bowl and the açaí tasted not really fully crushed wasn't really a great experience.

I ordered off the Nekter app for delivery. I received my order, and the bowl I ordered hardly had anything in it. It was half full. I called, and they were super accommodating. They had me order a new bowl, and reimbursed me for the trouble. I am super impressed with how the woman on the phone handled my issue. Excellent customer service!

It’s always a good experience.
The only complaint I have is last week I purchased a pumpkin bowl for breakfast on my way to work and there was no pumpkin in it. I didn’t notice until I took it out of the bag to eat it at work. It was hard to eat being that it was all that almond filling. I sent customer service a notification that morning and haven’t heard back. Was hoping I could get a free bowl or something as I wasn’t able to eat it all.

First ever visit and was happy with ingredient quality, açaí base, and flavor. Portion size was adequate. In my opinion, Nekter has the best overall quality and value. For dining in, I’d prefer the bowl be served in a washable dish with a metal spoon. Prevent waste when possible.
