Experience was great overall. I couldn't get the app to open, but was able to order on the website, though took a long time. I love the Acai Berry Bowl, but it is pricey. We can't afford to get it often, and would if it was more affordable.

I have been looking for a juice bar/acai location for a while and this place is everything I wanted. Refreshing, easily customizable, and large menu for anything you are craving. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well and prepare everything perfectly. Its become a routine stop for me this summer and am so happy to have found such a great place!

Amazing. Super easy to order online. The bowl and juice delicious and ready early. My only challenge was that I had a balance on two gift cards and when ordering online it wouldn’t let me use the balance. I’m assuming bc it wasn’t for the full amount. So that would be great to have that option. Thank you!

I always love the bowls at Nektar — they are always so good and the fruit is really fresh and perfect. I actually wish the bowls were a little bit smaller and a little bit less expensive. Almost $30 for two bowls seems like too much, which prevents me from ordering more frequently

Great employees that I enjoy talking to and they are always so friendly. The only thing I'd love to see is a compostable bowl instead of plastic for the bowls you serve. Even if I had to pay an extra $.25 per bowl for the compostable bowl, it would be worth it. Thanks!

I love nekter!! Their acai bowl is the best I have ever had at ANY restaurant in ANY city! Their service is so fast and also very friendly! I wish acai bowls were not quite as expensive as they are - but the bowls at nekter are so worth it.

The bowls that we ordered were perfect and delicious! I especially appreciate that you keep the mobile orders in a freezer until pick up. The store where we used to live kept mobile orders in an open refrigerator for pick up, so the bowls would always start melting.
