Gals were great and did a great job on the smoothies too

I waited for at least 5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged (there were two employees that were working and making juices, which is totally fine and understandable, but both of them brought juices/smoothies to the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me and say “we’ll be with you in a second”, they acted like I wasn’t there and seemed to avoid looking in my direction. Both made 2 juices each and brought them over to the counter before I had to say excuse me to ask for my juices that I had ordered through the app and were ready. I understand being busy and needing to make juices, but even just acknowledging that I was standing there would have been nice. I also ordered through the app so I could get them quickly once I got there, as I had a time schedule I was trying to keep. Also, perhaps a way to make picking up juices ordered on the app a little easier/less involvement for those working behind the counter? If there was a way to keep them in the cooler to the right of the checkout counter that has pre-bottled lemonade and other juices. Not sure if that is feasible, but would definitely have avoided the problem. Just a suggestion.

I love Nekter, this is the real deal. If your not into super sweet sugary smoothies, this the place! Real fruit, real ingredients, nothing bad for you! … and super delicious!

For the first time ever, the smoothie I ordered (which is my go-to, pretty much never changes) was just not good. It was so liquidy that it was not a smoothie at all. Whether that is from not enough fruit, too much cashew milk or cold brew, fruit not frozen, or something else, it was just a drink, not a smoothie, and I did not like it at all.

My sister was very sick & I ordered fir a smoothie, bowl, & electrolyte water & a spring water came. She really needed the electrolytes so basically got overcharged & then had to do a grocery store order too for the correct water

I ordered online. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. She had my smoothie ready right on time. Friendly and prompt service!

Love the app and order ahead!!!!!! It makes it so easy for me to get my smoothie or bowl when I am out and about. Great service.

Staff is always nice and smoothie is usually ready when I arrive. Sometimes when I walk in it takes a few minutes for someone to walk up to the front to acknowledge me which starts to delay my whole day. If staff is busy at least acknowledge customers when they walk in. Also consider a bell or something on the door so staff know when a customer walks in and they don’t have to holler in the back for service. Otherwise good.

First time in a Nekter Juice Bar. While in there the manager was dealing with an irate customer. She handled it very well. The irate lady, I'll just call her "Karen" was a hot mess. Not pleasant, horrible attitude, and downright mean to the manager. I hope she never returns. She sucked. My smoothies on the other hand did not suck. Best smoothies I've ever had! I ordered 2 smoothies. The passionfruit one and elderberry one. So super tasty!!! Totally puts Jamba to shame. I'll always come here now. But pat your manager on the back. She was so fab!! Give her a raise! Such great customer service. I'll be back often. Probably later lol

Great service and the fresh smoothies are good. But the premade juices have too much sugar in them. I grabbed a "classic greens" juice from the fridge, and didn't realize until I started drinking it at home that the first ingredient is Orange Juice. Why?!? : (

Little pricey but their smoothies make my day always

I enjoy stopping by this location once a month with my youngest. We both ordered smoothies and decided against juices. Normally the staff is very attentive but today when we walked in there was no one at the counter. We waited at least a minute and it was only after I shouted, "Knock, knock!" that someone helped us.
