Kills me to write this because the service/product can be the best... and then other times, like this time, it isnt great. My most recent trip, I ordered through the app and when I showed up (at 17 minutes after i ordered, as the app said it would be ready in 15 minutes), it hadn't even been started which isnt necessarily a big deal but the store only had one other person in it... so I was surprised. Also, I think the blonde guy there just needs to be trained on par with others in terms of quality. Not sure where the disconnect is but with some folks there, the smoothie is thick/creamy/delicious/the best. and with others it just tastes watered down or slushy like. I'm sure training someone takes time and you have to give them responsibility so I get it... just frustrating it's not a little more plug and play. The blonde guy there definitely just needs some more training I think. Hope this is helpful - rooting for you guys!

Every Nekter I go to is friendly, clean and quick. The smoothies are great, the juices are great. You really can't go wrong with any selection honestly lol

My smoothie was great and was finished quickly!
The quoted time on the app was a lot later than it was actually done which worked in my favor since I got there early.
