There was one sweet girl working this morning. she was working very hard to take and fulfill all orders she was getting, but it was obvious. She was very overwhelmed because she had zero support. I waited 15 minutes for my small smoothie and she was so apologetic that it took her so long and I’m not mad about that, but I am sad that she was doing everything by herself. I get in the car and take a sip of my smoothie and it doesn’t taste right but I can’t go back in there because she’s all by herself and she’s already behind on her current orders. I am disappointed that she doesn’t have any staff to assist her, and I am not satisfied with the way my drink tastes.

Health freaks beware! The acai bowls are not healthy like you would think! I spoke with an employee and they literally scoop Sambazon acai from a tub for their acai in their bowls… that’s not “Acai” that’s Acai sorbet, false marketing. And on top of that the ingredients in Sambazon sorbet are not good for you! It’s full of added sugar and bad ingredients. Just google it! Crazy how Nekter is doing this to save cost and lying about their ingredients on the menu. That’s not even the worst, they put citric acid in their frozen bananas which is wild, look at the above picture. Google what citric acid is…hope people will now take this into consideration before returning to this chain! Please like this post for others to see it too!
