woulda posted sooner but i am just now "out of the woods" health wise...came here for a smoothie, left with food poisoning. Call me crazy but I can't shake the feeling that the girls who are working Friday morning(9/1) did, or did not do something they were supposed to do, which resulted in my getting food poisoning... perhaps they didn't wash their hands, perhaps they used something expired in my smoothie? regardless, they get one star because I ended up in the hospital Friday night. As I'm getting violently ill less than two hours after having the chocolate/pb smoothie. I think it goes without saying I'm definitely not coming here ever again.

This is the second time in a row they prioritized walk ins over order ahead. People ordering after I placed my order and arrived at the store got their orders around the same time or before me. Yesterday I waited 50 minutes from the time the order was placed until I got my order. The anticipated time on the app said 25 minutes. I checked in at 25 minutes and it still took another 25 minutes to get my order of 3 bowls. They are understaffed and do not know how to prioritize orders. We will not be returning given this was our second time in a row with poor service. Indian School Road Location in Arcadia
The company needs a better process for mobile orders and pick up. Requested time = 8:30, and drinks were not done until 8:50. There were several people waiting.
