I've responded to this email before with the exact same complaint, the location at 44th & Indian School is the WORST! They are slow, their customer service is terrible and online orders are never ready when promised or who knows, maybe they are. They ignore you for so long when you walk in my drink might be back there but no one acknowledges you so how would I know? Today I was waiting for a online order, I was a few minutes early, but then someone came in to place an order while I was waiting and her order was finished before mine! They didn't start making mine until her order was finished
