First time at this location, second time at the chain. The building and location is clean and nice, the people working here were very nice. I'm just not totally sold on the drinks.
My guy has gotten the Nut one twice and it's good, not good enough for the price I don't think. An I've tried two different ones and have been disappointed with both.
The Popeye Acai one was like swamp water - don't know how anyone can like that. and the Berry one was a little bland, not bad... just a little lacking I think.
All in all.. I don't think i'll spend my money at the chain again, this location though was very nice.

A co-worker recommended Nekter and I’m glad they did. The bowls are fabulous, the drinks are great and the service is good. I love a juice bar where you can hear fruit and vegetables being masticated by juicing machines. Those reading this and are familiar with juicing machines know what I mean. If you don’t know go to Nektar and experience juicing at it’s finest.

Frequent the 44th/Indian School location. I downloaded your app/joined your frequent buyer program today-in anticipation of making Nekter part of mine and my staff's weekly routine. If today's experience was my 1st visit to Nekter-it would not ever be a regular stop.
I pre-ordered 2 bowls using your app. When I arrived-the person behind the register indicated they had not received the order. When I presented the order to her on my phone-she indifferently stated again that the order was not received @ the store. Another young man overheard the conversation, and stated that "yeah maybe they did have the order". Cue 5-6 minutes of scrabbling, and our order magically appeared. The thing that was off-putting was the indifferent attitude and any kind of sincere customer service. The original girl lacked any skill in dealing with the situation nor offered any kind of apology. It is evident from this visit (as well as many others we have had in the past) the store is manned by young, indifferent kids. Quality concerns are an issue as well. My husband's bowl-had a hockey-sized frozen cube of the base you use. Bowl consistency is very watery. In general, overall poor experience.
