I put the mobile order in the app and I had to wait for approximately 10 to 12 minutes for the order even though I went to pick it up 5 minutes after it was ready - a 20 delay and I had to bring it to my son for lunch and I was late and he had to rush to eat it.
Plus, the bowl was alittle over half full whne I picked up the order.
Overall, late, didn’t get a full size bowl.

The staff is AMaZiNG!!!! So personable! My bowl and juice are consistently delicious time and time again! I adore this location! So friendly and efficient even when they are busy! My sister was very sick & I ordered fir a smoothie, bowl, & electrolyte water & a spring water came. She really needed the electrolytes so basically got overcharged & then had to do a grocery store order too for the correct water

I like this place a lot, but the last time I was there I was given the wrong açaí bowl, or it was missing a lot of the ingredients. Hopefully this doesn’t again

It was great except for trying to buy the $100 gift card with $20 free and 2 free bowls. I have tried this for the week and can’t get the offer. I was told to call the corp office for assistance.

I pre-ordered by bowls online when I got the store after the pick time they still were not ready. I also had to wait about 6 minutes or so before any even greeted me. Once I received the bowl and prepared to eat it I noticed it was not made to its usually great quality. The bowl was half granola which is not the norm and there was little fruit on my Acai Banana Berry Bowl it was as if I had received the last scrapings of fruit.

I ordered online for pickup in-store and stood where the pickup spot was labeled, but I had to wait there for a few minutes. Not a huge deal, just describing my experience. When I was attended to, the employee was friendly and, to my pleasant suprise, wearing a mask (unlike at the Mercado location) and gloves. The protein power bowl (pea protein) I got was a bit watery(?), though, which I don't recall having a problem with before.
