I order two good to go açaí bowl packs for pickup this morning and arrived at the location 10 mins before scheduled and the staff was super friendly, let me know they were almost done and helped me pack spoons and menus for the office staff to pick from, no complaints there. Once I arrived to my destination with the bowls, I unpacked and set them up and noticed every single one was half full, I felt a little jipped here! Everything went smoothly, otherwise just wish each bowl was fillled to the top like they usually are.

Good but I wish the menu would have told me the build my own bowl is more expensive and I literally could have got one of the premade ones for cheaper. Doesn’t make sense that one is more expensive when it is the same toppings

I LOVE your guyses açaí bowls!! Yesterday however I was a bit disappointed when I received my order. It had a total of 4 small slices of strawberries. I thought that was a little stingy, but the rest of the bowl was great!!

I ordered one bowl with agave and another without. Picked up order and brought home. There was no indication which bowl was which. That made it impossible to distinguish between the two.

Customer service was great and fast. The bowl was less than satisfying. Granola tasted very old.

service is always good and taste consistent. This time I ordered extra bananas on my acai bowl, but did not receive. My order was to go and I did not notice the error until after I arrived at my destination.

I always love the açaí bowls here but without fail I always end up waiting several minutes to be greeted when I come in for a pick up order.

Took longer than usual to be greeted and there was only one client in the store at the time. When I received my order (no bananas and granola on the side), I received smaller containers for my order. In one container was the acai blend and chia pudding while the other container had the peanut butter, strawberries, and granola. I asked the girl to redo the second container as I only needed and wanted the granola on the side because I eat the bowls later and don't want the granola to be soggy. I don't know if this is something new (especially the smaller bowls), but please let me know so I can make sure it is correct in the future. Thank you.

Always happy to get my Nekter smoothie or bowl. I love when someone pays extra attention and detail in making it. I had a great experience and worker this time!

I ordered 3 items online through the Nekter website for delivery, but whoever delivered it forgot my bowl. I called the store twice and left a voicemail, as well as emailing, but haven’t gotten a response. The products I did receive were good and the wait was fine, but it’s the difficulty of getting in contact with someone about my missing item that has made this experience frustrating, and now I’ve lost money because of it.
