Ordering online for pickup was easy and straightforward. The young lady who attended me was sweet and efficient. I actually arrived a few minutes earlier than the pickup time and she was already finishing up my order and bringing it to me. My chia parfaits were perfect!

Not happy when I tried to pick up my ordered . I preordered to pick up my order at 130pm , when I got there at 130, my order was not ready . I had to wait another 10min . Why am I ordering ahead of time but not get it at the time I need. It was a disappointment . I'm so glad I was not in a hurry . If it wasn't my husband and kids liking nekter , I wouldn't come back . This happened twice with me .

I love Nekter when I need a smoothie quickly and I don't have time to make one at home. The only problem with the one I got most recently was that it had all kinds of chunks in it of fruit I guess. It needed to be blended more and I'm not sure how to add that additional instruction to my order. It tasted good, just chunky.

I’m a little frustrated with the organizational procedures for online orders. Over half of my orders can’t be found when I arrive. They are either eventually found or they are made once I get there. The customer service is always wonderful. I think it’s the process that needs work perhaps.
