I stopped going to this Nekter Juice Bar location sometime within the last two years (Winchester Rd, Temecula) because the customer service was horrible!!! I would order online and when I would show up for my order (30 minutes later) it was not ready and the workers were just chit chatting amongst each other and rude to customers!!! However, I decided to give this location another try and I am glad I did. Lisa is busy busy getting orders ready and my Acai bowl always comes out FRESH and delicious. She is busy which is totally understandable, but she always wishes me to have a good day and gets back to working hard. I hope she stays because there was always new workers at this location. I go Monday through Friday for my bowl and haven’t been unsatisfied since Lisa started working here. There’s another lady there too who shows same work ethics and she’s super kind! Glad I went back, just crossing my fingers that this staff stays!

Employee was polite, but I specifically placed my order for pick up 20 minutes prior to when I needed it. Arrived and was told it was being prepared- no biggie at all I understand how short staffed they are and how frustrating that must be. However, waiting almost 45 minutes for an online pick up order was just as frustrating for me especially since I had to get back to work. It also seemed as if my drink had been ready for a little bit but the employee may have gotten side tracked or forgotten all together. I do understand how difficult it must be for the employees to work in store and online orders on top of not having enough man power so I will still continue coming here, I just hope this brings a little more awareness to those that are there and working hard.

Did an online order that said 30 min went in to check about 15 min later just to see and they said we were about 30 min early. So 45 min wait total? Took just about that long till they were ready
