The bowls were great

This is the best Nekter in the area. There are 3 but I rather drive to the Winchester location because of the service, the bowls are made perfectly and the drinks taste like what you ordered and not like the residue from a previous prepared drink. Love this store

This was the first time in a long time where I felt the food was made up to standard. Lately, the açaí bows would only be half filled, were usually not made the way I asked, and took forever to be ready. This time everything was great. I felt like I got value for what I payed for the first time in a long time. The staff was friendly and respectful too. They were clearly focused on doing their jobs well.

Ordered online at 1:25 was told order would be ready at 1:45. When I arrived at 1:49 there were no other customers and I was told they were still working on my order which was only 2 açaí bowls. It was ready at 1:52

I ordered the pb&j bowl. The base is normally pink. I was given the açaí base and it was frozen. It also has barely any chia pudding. I had to spin the bowl around to see any. I order the same 2 bowls and they are never even close to the same.

The juices are great but sometimes they have too much foam. Also the açaí bowls are not filled to the level they should be. Everything taste very good though. Thank you.

The bowls we got were pretty watery and continued to melt from there. They tasted okay, but ended up being very soupy.

the bowl was ordered 5 minutes before arriving to the location, i expected them to have it ready considering there was one other person in the store but it was ready 15 minutes after i arrived, and i was already surprised at how long they were taking. the bowl i paid EXTRA for was disgustingly watery and soupy much runnier than a smoothie and all my topping sunk into it. i had to throw the whole thing away and it was nearly 17 dollars worth of wasted food because they could not make it properly :( i also had to repeat my order back to them when they already had a receipt with my order in front of them.

This location has the very best customer service! The weekday morning ladies always know my order and it is always fresh! They greet me by my first name (and I really wish I knew theirs). I came in one morning and they were busy and also training new employees. But yet, they were patient and welcoming, and served the best, freshest -and nice looking bowls! (I just want to point out that one of the morning ladies worked this morning and the other lady worked yesterday morning -they’re the best!!) and thank you!!

I wanted to use the BOGO coupon in the app and I paid online but the coupon says don't open until in store. I waited went in store and was told I should have used the coupon before paying online. I was told sorry nothing could be done. Please change the info on the coupon in the app. And would have been nice if the coupon would have been honored in store even if I already paid online. The bowls and smoothies are delicious but poor customer service and app info ruined it for me.
