Terrible. Low quality. Untrained staff. Asked for toppings on top. Got them blended. The redo cake melted and half full. I’m used to artisan quality açaí. This is a cheap corporate knock off. They brought out items missing ingredients and said they gave more of others instead of asking us first. Won’t be back.

Great Acai bowls

I'm so sorry to write again, as I have contacted Nékter before for a similar problem, but I seem to be having bad luck with my visits to Nékter lately. I recently visited Nékter with my mom after a hike, as we normally do almost every week. My mom had a free bowl so she redeemed this offer and then I paid for my bowl. After waiting 15 minutes my mom got her bowl but mine never came, even 5 minutes later. We asked at the counter and they said they had thrown away a bowl because they thought we had only ordered one bowl. Therefore, we had to wait for them to make another bowl after already waiting a significant amount of time on a busy day. We usually love Nékter but we've been running into these experiences lately.
