I love Nekter- they have the absolutely freshest ingredients and best fruit. They also have the best customer service of the Juice Bars. I go at least once a week!

The recent experiences I've had with Nékter don't compare to the past experiences. The associate that assisted me today was friendly, but I believe it was due to the fact that his manager/supervisor was present. The prior three times I came to this location he was rude and didn't acknowledge me. It truly saddens me that the great customer service is starting to fade from this location. I've slowly stopped coming in because I get this unwelcoming feeling. Kindness goes a long way. I don't expect my order to be ready, or even conversation. Just acknowledge your customers and at least be kind. I would like to acknowledge Sydney for always going above and beyond to assist me. She truly makes my day every time I interact with her. There are other associates that are wonderful as well, but there's just the few that make me want to stay away.
