The application doesnt allow you to move forward without selecting a boost, had to reset my order which ultimately messed it up and unclicked the “split” button. We also asked for extra granola and didnt receive that.

My order was lost & the employee explained that my app order never printed on their ticket machine. The app also had a product that- again I was told by the employee- they did not sell anymore. There was a bit of a line and none of the customers were acknowledged by staff members. No one greeted us or said that they would be with us in just a bit. The group of women working were all busy chatting in the kitchen, slowly making orders and making eye contact with customers every now and then but never spoke a word. My order was not ready when I scheduled it for pickup and I was forced to wait when I did not have the time to spare
