Not pleased. My drink was not ready in accordance to the time stated in the app. When I got there the staff was chatting in the back. Didn’t seem that they say any urgency to make anyone’s orders. I have to wait an additional 10 minutes which defeats of the purpose of ordering ahead and picking up.
