Mobile order was easy to use and gave me a ready in 15 minutes time frame. Was able to still use the promotional offer in the app and the bowls are always delicious!

Great! I love the online ordering and the bowl I ordered was delicious.

I was unable to use the App and wanted to place an order via telephone because I was in a hurry. The person who answered the phone refused to take the order saying she had no way to process my payment. I said "I will be there in 10 minutes to pick it up and I can pay then. She said "We will get you in and out right away because we aren't that busy right now, so you can order and pay when you get here. But the fastest way to order is online." So, I tried again to order online. My order finally went through (I was in a bad reception area) and when I walked in the pick it up - the same person who I had spoken with on the phone said "Oh, you are early the order isn't ready yet." I didn't even say anything but so many questions were running through my head: 1. Why can't they take a phone order with payment at pick up? 2. If I can order online - why can't your cashier order for me online and process the payment that way? 3. Why tell me to order online for fastest service when it isn't faster than ordering in person? This isn't complicated. You are making smoothies and bowls. Why not be a little more accommodating to your customers? What is the risk versus payoff? BTW-Great products!

Staff is great. Service it great. Our bowl was a soupy mess. Maybe tweak the formula a bit to make it thicker and/or hold up frozen longer as it’s being eaten. I’m not eager to go pay $11 for another soup.

We usually get bowls once a week. This one was really runny - almost like soup. And the fruit tasted very ripe, something I would normally consider throwing out at home. We go there enough, that we'll definitely give them another chance. But it was disappointing today.

Service has always been great! Drinks and bowls are done on time, and easy to pick up!

I come at least once a week and normally have a good experience but this time my açaí bowl was completely liquified it was the consistency of water. I got it back to my office which is only one minute away and was upset not to have a lunch to eat. I called to let the store know and they immediately offered a refund which I really appreciated. I’m sure it was just a one off. It has only happened one other time a couple months ago and I did not call at that time. I would just make sure the bowls get but in the refrigerator as soon as they are made so they don’t melt.

Great! Service is always positive and helpful. On a side note I am thrilled to see the pumpkin bowl back!!!

It was very hot outside and I know the staff was feeling it. No one acknowledged me for a few minutes and the person who finally did was not very friendly, but the bowls were delicious :)

Everything seemed to be out the chai puddings and couldn’t do a lot of the bowls.
