great kinds skimmped out on the acai but good

In general pick up was fine , only what I didn’t like is that I asked for an extra agave and I got just for one drizzle and I ordered 2 bowls !!

Online order was 10 mins late. Made it while I was there. Got home to only realize my açaí bowl was so poorly made it was like soup.

I have been a Nekter customer for quite some time. I typically order their bowls because they are tasty, convenient and are a healthier option. Unfortunately, I believe the quality control of the bowls has gone down. I finally have had enough of receiving a bowl that is 2/3 filled. The added insult to injury is they have raised their prices from $9.99 a bowl to $10.99. Paying more for less product isn't typically something I care to support.

Overall, I am happy with Nekter, ordering through the app and the speed of pick-up. Sometimes I have issues with the app, such as orders not going through to the store, the ability to use offers and gift cards. Also, my last few orders used unripe bananas; I'm sure there are times when it is difficult to manage stock and ripeness, but this completely changes the taste of the bowl/smoothie and makes me not want to visit.

We’ve been getting nekter for awhile. This last time unfortunately was not the best. The portion size of our bowls were extremely low for the amount of money we spent.

Love everything about this Nekter location with one exception. Product consistency. I always order the same item. If I order during regular business hours my order is generally correct. Outside of that, example Friday night, there is usually something missing or wrong on my order. Example, chia pudding instead of chia seeds or a hunk of peanut butter instead of a drizzle. Still an amazing bowl but not always the same.

I always come in and place bigger orders for my work. Usually 6-9 acai bowls and sometimes a juice, and I always need them pretty early in the morning. My order is always ready to go when I arrive, and Wendy always greets me by name with a smile. Love this location and the employees!

Food was delicious. had to wait beyond the time it was supposed to be ready but no big deal. My portion size (acai bowl) seemed a little smaller than normal, but it was super delicious.

I wasn't able to pick up my order yesterday due to time constraints and the location being incredibly busy at my quoted pickup time. I returned today and was warmly greeted and offered to remake my order that I never received. The bowl was made promptly and with care. Thank you so much for making up for yesterday! Would recommend & return. Great customer service 👏

Honestly both the acai bowls we ordered were completely liquid. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than our pick up time and were told they were not ready. So we were there the minute they were “ready”. However, as mentioned they were completely liquid/runny. A little disappointing even though the flavor was still good
