Great customer service and delicious new pineapple whip bowl! The coconut whip cream was amazing! It’s plant based friendly too.💚😋 I’ve been coming here for years and they have so many yummy items, like their plant based chia pudding.

Flavorless overpriced. Fruit has flavor, nut milks have flavors…how does this bowl taste like nothing? Weird. I wish I didn’t tip.

The items are inconsistently made at this location. I ordered the açaí superfood bowl, and the color was off. It was a brown bowl because they must have added too much spinach. They also forgot the chia seeds and cocoa nibs. Usually this bowl is a darker purple… I would have asked them to remake but I didn’t have enough time to have them change it.
I’m surprised at these errors though, It’s very hit or miss depending on who is making it.
Hopefully you guys can fix this issue.

The bowl was only about 3/4 of the way full and açaí was pretty watery. I got the gluten free granola for + $1.50 and there wasn’t very much of it, so that was a bummer. The fruit on top was perfectly ripe, though. And the staff were very sweet!

Hi,
I actually considered calling to have bowls re-made. I ordered “without bananas.” Unfortunately bananas were put in both bowls and my husband and son would not eat them. I took a picture to show banana inside. I also checked my order and I did in fact check a box for no bananas in bowls.
This mistake is rare, and Customer service was great.
Can you have 2 new bowls made for me?

Unfortunately every experience I’ve had at the juice bars is subpar. The employees are always young kids that don’t acknowledge you at all. If you don’t order ahead you always have to wait 10-15 minutes while the employees are just talking and talking to each other. Once you finally get your order it’s almost tasteless. I’m not sure if they have the ingredient ratios off, but the bowls or smoothies are never good enough for me to be wanting more at the end. Almost everything tastes the same, too.

Employee that helped me was so sweet and understanding. I asked to remake the bowl bc it had melted so much. She was so pleasant and although I felt bad asking she was so nice about it. I truly appreciated it.
