the acai bowl was watered down, overall poor quality.

The quality of the smoothies and bowls are delicious. I wish you still offered kids sizes since a small is still way too much for younger kids and ends up wasted.

It was my first time trying the Popeye Acai smoothie and I added almond butter. It was very good. The app worked well to order my smoothie as well.

We love the smoothie bowls. The past two times I went into the store, the girls in the back brought them to me before I even gave them my name (I ordered online ahead of time). Amazing service! And I am not even a big enough regular for them to know my name or my order. I was impressed with the initiative of the team. Nice job Bressi Ranch Nekter!

I often come here with large orders for work, first thing in the morning. 6-13 bowls, that need to be ready by 8:15am or 8:30am. And without fail, every time I come by a little early, they already have everything ready for me. They are ON it. They always do a great job having my orders ready on time, and they are always so friendly. Love this spot.

Great stuff, but taking a star away because their menu on Grubhub does not match their regular menu (the chia pudding add to the bowls isn't an option). No matter how much this is requested to be corrected, nothing is ever corrected. I'd come her more often, but it's a 20-min drive each way. Also, their juice cleanses are not organic. I'm not sure how it's a cleanse if the fruits and veggies used are not organic.

They added almond butter instead of peanut butter to my bowl. It would also be helpful if your Grubhub menu option matched your actual menu options like Doordash. Grubhub is missing the chia pudding as an option for bowls.

I love Nekter! Great customer service and quality but I ordered 4 immunity bowls and all of them were missing the chia seed pudding layer. I ordered curbside so I didn’t notice until I got home. Every other time has been great though, so overall amazing!

I picked up my order and when I brought my açaí bowl home I found a hair embedded in the fruit and had to throw it away. That was my breakfast.

I love the bowls here but customer service needs to advised.

The employees are trying , but they tend to be slammed. I don’t know if they can handle the amount of clientele. I was told to time when I come or to give more than a half hour to prep drinks. Sometimes, they shut down the app. There’s also high turnover of employees in the Carlsbad area. It’s total chaos at all these stores. I’ve never seen a business that turns away clients. If there is a way through the app, maybe it can notify us when Nekter is busy or the earliest the drink/bowl can be prepared. Check out the Mendocino Farms app. They give an accurate ETA of when food will be ready.

It would be REALLY great if I didn't have to drive 20 minutes to the Carlsbad location if the good people at Nekter would PLEASE update their menu options on their bowls with the Grubhub app and show the "chia pudding" as an option to add. I swear I'd buy these much more often.

Had a great time in the nekter juice bar😊perfect place for Smoothies and Açaí bowls. Mango delight was so good. Sweetness of smoothies were so perfect. Also has so many left to try out.special mention to the customer friendly atmosphere.

I love the people who work at Nekter. They have such great spirit. There is high turnover so there’s a lot of change. It seems like the stores are always overwhelmed and struggling to hire people. My favorite is the chia products. There was some specials for it. I also love the açaí bowls. I always add a layer a vanilla chia, and they add a tiny layer. Can the servers add a thicker layer for the vanilla chia onto the açaí bowl?
