This was my second time ordering online and both have been a complete fail! They font keep track of what you order. I had order a juice 2 smoothies and acai bowl split in 2. They were only giving me the juice. And they said they that was my whole order when i paid 32 and change.. they need to keep track of pick ups..

I LOVE Nektar but was very disappointed when I showed up to pickup my online order. It was 1 smoothie and took over 30 minutes. There were also big chunks of spinach still left in my smoothie. I was already too far away to want to come back to request it to be remade. I will always recommend Nektar but was disappointed this time!

Used app to place order. Easy to use. Drink was ready on time. Only downside was it was made wrong and didn’t notice or pay attention till after I had left. I added strawberries to my smoothie and they were left out.

It isn’t the first time, so it isn’t the employee….when you order a juice and a smoothie, I am always only handed one or the other and have to ask for the rest of my order. I have sent my husband and he only received half the order in past. Maybe have a 1 of 2 note on the receipt?
