I ordered ahead and went to the designated area. I let the cashier know that I had ordered and paid on the app. She said ok and then helped 4 customers before grabbing my watered down smoothie. I paid for almond butter and got none. It also did not have the chia on the bottom of the smoothie. I tipped on the app before going in. I wished I wouldn’t have. I took the smoothie and left to avoid any confrontation. I don’t know if I will go back.

Friendly and fast. Clean store and the smoothies were made well and tasted great!

The barista there was so nice! She helped me with my order, and was so excited and happy to be there. I was in a rush to get to work, and my smoothie was super good as well! Nektar rocks!

This was my first time to Nekter and it was a rough experience. I ordered from the app because I was trying to take advantage of the free bowl, but didn't realize you had to purchase something first before you are eligible for the free bowl. Once I got to the store, it was supposed to be ready at 10: 57am and I did not get my order until around 11:15 or 11:20. I even walked up to the counter at the beginning to confirm that they received my order. Many people came and went into the store while I was waiting for my order. I got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie which was pretty good, but my acai bowl was essentially a slushie. Very watery and did not taste very good. The pineapple did not appear to be ripe either. I am not in San Diego often, but I don't imagine I will be a repeat customer.

My smoothie wasn’t mixed so there was strawberry syrup all on the bottom. My husbands was frozen solid and he couldn’t eat it for at least 30 min. I ordered them at 7 am for 7:45 am pickup which he picked up at 7:45 and they obviously did them super early and put them in the freezer. They were not good.

I feel the smoothie bowl ingredients could use improving.

Ordered two smoothies to be delivered to two kids at their baseball tournament and no straws came with their smoothies! That’s important to kids trying to drink them. Not happy and stuck somewhere with no straws.

The bowls and smoothies are delicious. It does take a bit to get the product but well worth the wait!

Really bad tasting. I frequent a number of different juice bars and make smoothies at home so I'm no stranger to healthy high quality foods. The two smoothies I got today were the worst smoothies I've ever had. I don't typically sweeten my home made smoothies, not necessary if you use ripe fruits and juices. Whatever they used this morning was horrible, the orange crush was sour and flavorless, like the fruit was under ripe, the pb mocha was bitter, sour and had little bits in it like coffee grounds. I couldn't taste and peanut, banana or anything beyond the bitter coffee. They were not drinkable even after taking them home and trying to add a few things to make them better. I will not be returning.
