Love your smoothies Service is great Highlight of my day is going to Nekter

It was average and as expected. The smoothie was not the best though. It's always inconsistent. The texture of my smoothie, AB Health Nut, was more like your juices and a bit on the room temperature side, which is not enjoyable when you order a smoothie. The GREEN banana was overpowering and no one wants unripe bananas in their drink

I actually forgot my wallet today :/ went in hoping to use apple pay but wasn't available there - however the employee advised me to go through the app which worked! I signed up for emails/texts and the app said I'd get a free smoothie, which I was excited about so I could get something for my husband since he loves Nekter also. I went up to order but hadn't received the reward yet, manager said it would come in 24 hours, kind of a bummer but it was fine. 5 minutes later my name was called and the manager brought me out the smoothie I was considering getting, total surprise and really sweet of her to do that. My husband loved it and my day was made. We love Nekter, and especially with me being 7 months pregnant, it's a lifesaver for me with food aversions and needing to cool off. We'll definitely keep coming back and really appreciated the customer service, above and beyond today. Thank you Nekter San Marcos!

Poor. Waited in the pick up area ten min then finally had to ask staff where’s my smoothie which had been sitting in the back. Someone could of acknowledged me they knew I was waiting and they were not busy

Smoothies are always fresh and made to order with all natural ingredients. They taste great and are a great pick-me-up after a workout.

Everyone was great just the flavor of the smoothies was off.

It was great and the food was great too. Can’t wait for my next trip to Nekter. It’s one of my favorite smoothies

I ordered a PB nut smoothie paid extra for dates and cacao nibs, but the smoothie tasted so bad, didn't even have the cacao or dates that were in the original recipe. Not blended well either. Peanut butter tasted like stale peanuts. Skimped out on every ingredient, did not taste good at all. I order this all the time, and this was very very poorly made. Would not recommend or be back at this location.
