Told them I was a veteran to see if they had any deals today for veterans day. Although they acknowledged my service, the customer service after was complete garbage. I've been here a few times and every time the service is inconsistent. Workers usually standing around and the orders take forever to come out. But today they completely forgot my order. I watched a whole family get served before me when they came at least 5 mins after me putting in my order. When I asked about it they said my "order got lost in the back". Like how? There was only 4 customers in store and 5 people on shift. I got my money back. Although they offered to give me my order for free, I saw that no one was working on it still. Loss of time. Don't go here unless you want to wait about 20 mins for an acai bowl.

I was not satisfied with my order. I called to pre order and they didn’t begin making my food until I paid upon arrival. Unfortunately, my açaí bowl was not made correctly and it tasted horrible. I love this place and I understand that there are good days and bad days but this was extremely disappointing, especially because I was in a rush.

Too expensive, small smoothie and a small bowl for $17.00

Had one of their main Acai Bowls. It was really really good, I'd definitely go back. I will say, the customer service was ehh though, the girl at the front seemed like she did NOT want to be there or talk to anyone.

Love coming here, friendly staff, good bowls. My favorite is the mango acai bowl. Nice clean place and calm relaxing atmosphere. Cant recommend this place enough.

Love nekter juice ! It's just too expensive for everyday juices but I do splurge on occasion and get an acai bowl!

It took about 20 mins to just get one acai berry bowl since they had to make it FOUR times! I ordered sub cashews and they gave me cacao. When I notified them all they did was simply scoop out the cacao leaving a few nibs still in the bowl and then attempted to cover it up with a few cashews. If I wanted it just scooped out I could have done it myself and not to mention a better job. I had to ask if they could remake it and she reluctantly agreed as if it was a burden to her even though it was their mistake not mine. She came back with a completely different bowl (Peanut butter bowl) and I had to explain my order once again as the manager just watched her go back and fourth with my order and didnt even bother to assist the situation. When she came back there was no bananas so she had to go back again and by the FOURTH time they finally made it right. This was completely unacceptable. Poor customer service

Great place for Acai bowls and good smoothies but I think their prices are really high for not even being organic.
