This was my second time ordering online and both have been a complete fail! They font keep track of what you order. I had order a juice 2 smoothies and acai bowl split in 2. They were only giving me the juice. And they said they that was my whole order when i paid 32 and change.. they need to keep track of pick ups..

Generally a good experience. Your acai bowls are the best in town!

I ordered through the mobile up and arranged for pickup. When I got there I asked for my order and they said they’d check up on it. They made the shot I ordered and gave it to me. I was still waiting for other items so I waited. Worker asked again if I could be helped in anything else, I said yes I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and she asked what else I had ordered ¿Did she not receive my order? So I showed her my order details and she went back to apparently make my order right there and then. I finally received my order and not only did I have to wait an extra amount of time since arriving at the location but when I got my order it was completely wrong. I did not receive my bowl with the added extras on my original order. I didn’t realize this until I sat down to eat and by that time I was already home so I was not going to drive back to the restaurant and complain. I understand that restaurant gets busy on the weekends however, it’s unacceptable to have one waiting an extraordinary amount of time for an order that was ordered 20 minutes prior and then have it completely wrong and without items that were charged “extra” for.

I ordered 3 bowls. 1 was only half full (watermelon), the other 2 were 3/4 full (acai). For the cost, i expect a full bowl.

The quality of the bowls have definitely gone down since I first started ordering here. For example my last bowl the banana wasn’t cut through the apples were not cut the same as the picture on the menu. My last visit made me want to start making my own and probably won’t be stopping in anymore.

My experiences are always positive but yesterday unfortunately I wasn’t given the item I ordered. I didn’t notice until I got home and it was obviously too late to get the correct bowl.

Smoothie was awesome. The bowl had less sliced fruit on top than what we normally get.

I ordered online, got to the store at the time it was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t. It’s normal so I was understanding. My juice came out first about 5 minutes later and then I asked the girl about my bowl which she said they were working on it but she didn’t ask for the name or even check for it. Her attitude screamed I don’t care and don’t want to be here. Didn’t get her name but it was the young brunette working in the back. I waited another 20-25 minutes because I could see they were a little busy so then at that point I was already starting to see other people getting their items and leaving, people that had gotten there after me. So I ask a different lady and she checked for me. My bowl was in the fridge the whole time.. If the other girl would’ve had the hospitality or even just the decency to just check, I wouldn’t have been waiting for so long for no reason. I left 30 minutes after I had gotten there which is not ok for an online order.

Service was good and food was made on time but the açaí bowls only filled up 2/3 of the container. Why such a small portion size? We ordered 4 bowls and they were all small portions and the they were kind of mushy like they had been sitting out of the fridge for a while.

Acai was watery Paid extra for peanut butter and i can tell it wasn’t added

I always feel that they don’t complete my order correctly. Every Wednesday and Thursday I order relatively the same protein bowl. My discontent is when I order extra peanut butter I can hardly tell if indeed they did . I don’t touch it and I approach the counter to express my qualm. They just look at me, and negate without resolving the issue. Today, I ordered the same bowl and it was so drippy that I suspect they did not put the whey protein as I asked. Considering I only have a quick 30 minutes to my allowed lunch time, it’s quite frustrating when this happens. My issue is, they are not consistent in making my order.

The Acai bowls are always amazing

I've tried your juices, smoothies and chia bowls and they've all been amazing. Price is great as well!

Food was tasty, glad it tastes healthy unlike other açaí bowl places.
