I was able to place my order on the app, the app estimated a time yet the order took 20 min more to be ready. This was a real inconvenience because I was late back to work from lunch. It would be nice if I had gotten a heads up or if the times were more accurate. The bowl was about half way full &’ I understand it shouldn’t have been 100% because it I asked for granola on the side but the granola doesn’t take 50% of the bowl. I’ve been enjoying nekter products for a long time, this one time visit was just not as great .

It did not taste good. I was surprised, because the Nekter I usually go to is amazing. I ordered an acai superfood bowl. There were no chia seeds, no gogi berries, it was watered down, and just had a strange taste to it. I was in a rush. Or I would have went back in to complain.

Hello - I love my acai bowls - however I asked for no bananas due to a migraine (they are a trigger) and there were bananas - I scraped them off but maybe they should read the specifications more thoroughly. thank you so much!

Whenever I get the dragon fruit bowl I pay for extra green apple and I feel like you only get a few pieces and the ratio of fruit and granola to the Smoothie mix on the bottom should be more even sometimes it's like 80% smoothie mix on the bottom which makes it more annoying when I get a few pieces of Apple on top that I'm paying for

Put in a mobile order in the morning. Arrived somewhat early but the team already prepared my açaí bowl. Taste great!

It was ok. Got my bowl and got on with my life. Only problem is that I’ve been noticing a lower volume of açaí mix lately. It went from 3/4 of the container to 1/2 now

Ordered the Pineapple Matcha which was very watery, not like a smoothie texture and had chunks of vanilla protein in it.
BF ordered the Popeye Açaí and it was straight up gross.
The açaí bowls might be good but definitely not impressed with the strip mall smoothie experience at Nekter

This place doesn’t pay attention to online orders. I have ordered a few times from this location and it doesn’t seem to be correct each time.
Today: The dates are supposed to be blended into the açaí but it had whole pieces in it. I asked for no agave and granola on the side with whey protein and cacao nibs, everything was ignored. I had to pay extra for two of those things. I was in hurry so I couldn’t stay to have it remade.
Employees were snacking on fruit in the back. I’m writing this as I wait 20 min for my Açaí bowl. Customers before me haven’t even been served yet. What a waste of labor. You can use the exact time of this review to figure own who was working.
