Really good! I really enjoyed the juice and açaí bowl it was super delicious. Sometimes I just wish things were more affordable but that’s life, and that’s okay but if you are able to sometime in the future making it just slightly less expensive that would be great, but I also understand and I think the products are well-worth the price. Thank you!

They are always so friendly and inviting! I love the smoothies and bowls. My favorite smoothie is the PB health nut it’s so fresh and delicious. Keep doing what you are doing

The bowls and smoothie I ordered were delish as usual. The service quick and friendly. My only issue was that I was pretty sure I selected to use my rewards points to cover one of the bowls, but was charged anyways and the manager was unable to reverse the charge for me. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have had that rectified at that point in time.

My protein bowl was missing ingredients

The Chia Pudding is my favorite and is at an affordable price point. Many other items are too high in price. But it’s hit or miss on how disappointed I am with the amount given in the individual container. Today was a good amount, the last two times it has been barely 1/2 the container. Honestly I only ordered from you today because one of my kids asked for a bowl otherwise it really is too expensive & not consistent quantities.

The people were friendly and had my bowls done promptly.

Although I find the ordering system confusing, this crew that made my bowl right.

Good. I placed my order online for pick up. I wish there was more fruit on top of my açaí bowl. I also ordered cacao nibs but there were only a little bit sprinkled on top. I wish there was more since I had to pay extra for that. Otherwise service was great and store was clean

Love the bowl! Counter help is fine nothing bad just nothing great either. Often stand there awhile before anyone greets or recognizes you’re there. Probably because loud machines in back but also probably a way to make people feel more welcome/attended to.

This was my first time to Nekter and it was a rough experience. I ordered from the app because I was trying to take advantage of the free bowl, but didn't realize you had to purchase something first before you are eligible for the free bowl. Once I got to the store, it was supposed to be ready at 10: 57am and I did not get my order until around 11:15 or 11:20. I even walked up to the counter at the beginning to confirm that they received my order. Many people came and went into the store while I was waiting for my order. I got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie which was pretty good, but my acai bowl was essentially a slushie. Very watery and did not taste very good. The pineapple did not appear to be ripe either. I am not in San Diego often, but I don't imagine I will be a repeat customer.

Great except we had ordered (online) granola on the side and it came in the bowl.
