The staff was friendly and professional. The bowl I ordered was very good.

Initially greeted like an door dash driver as if racially profiled. This is not the first time this happens at this location. Anyone walking into the store should be greeted like a customer with no assumptions regardless of race. The online order I placed included extra fruit to be added to the bowl. When asking about the additional fruit (because it wasn't visible) the attendant stated they don't add the fruit because they don't have the fresh fruit. The selection included pineapple, mango, blueberries, and strawberries. How do you not have the fresh fruit? Then the blame was then placed on me for not understanding how the online-ordering system works. Not great overall. The San Marcos and Escondido area are very diverse. Maybe the employees at this location need diversity training.

Customer service was great. The quality of the food was not. I purchased a bowl a couple of months ago that wasn’t great. I thought I’d give this location another try and they failed again. Moving forward if I order a bowl form Nekter it’ll be from a different location.

love the San Marcos location! Their picture-perfect bowls are my favorite, and the impeccable cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere make me feel comfortable. The staff's kindness will leave you wanting to come back!

Bowl was good , just disappointed I paid extra for coconut flakes and mango but did not receive any of those extra toppings I paid for .

Great customer service but the quality of the product was bad. I ordered a PB açaí bowl. It was very watery and seems like there was no peanut butter.

Great place, I am going to grab a bowl at least once a week

I'd say that overall the experience is really good at the San Marcos store. However, the online coupon redemption of the Pitaya Lemonade with bowl purchase was extremely confusing. It made me almost cancel my entire order because it didn't seem to work the way I had interpreted the promotion.

It was very good! We had the Acai Super Bowl, thheee, I forgot, the smoothie with mango in it 😂, and then the PB Chia parfait. The service was friendly. We sat outside in the sunshine at the table and chairs where we enjoyed our purchases.
