The app ordering is great and so is the pickup. The only thing I absolutely hate is when companies put tips included and I have to take them off. That makes me want to tip less when prompted.

I arrived to pick up an online order and waited behind someone who was finishing their order. After they finished the employee walked away without saying anything to me, as if I wasn't there. Another employee who was making smoothies at the time asked me if I had been helped after about 2 minutes of me waiting. He got my food and sent me on my way quickly.
Although it wasn't a long wait and my food was ready, it was not a great experience to be clearly ignored. Food was good and the other employee stepped up, when a simple communication from the first employee would have made it a pleasant experience

Leanne is amazing! She was by her self one morning, had a lobby full of customers waiting their orders and she kept going with a smile. I could see she was definitely stressed but she did her best to hold it all together and push orders out as she could. Another gal showed up Victoria who started helping immediately as well. Regardless, Leanne impressed the heck out of me and I told her to call me if she is ever looking for something else. Solid, enthusiastic employees can be challenging to find, so I hope she will be acknowledged for her hard work and dedication to her role.
