I purchased the 8 pack from the app and when I went to pick it up I was told it was not a valid promotion and was only given 4 of the 8 bowls. I refused to take only for when I paid for 8 and they finally agreed to make the remaining 4 due to me. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We should get what we pay for.

A couple of times recently my online order has not been ready by the time given on the order. This happened again on 2/2/25. My order was over 12 minutes late. The clerk asked me at 10 minutes after it was to be ready if I were there to pick up an online order as if she had not talked to me just 10 minutes prior. The team also handled multiple walk-in orders before finishing mine while I stood there waiting. This isn't the level of service that I'm accustomed to at this store.
